From I-64 going East toward Lexington
Take Exit 17 Blankenbaker Pkwy. South; take a right off the ramp and go past Sam’s and Garden Ridge, past several fast food restaurants and gas stations. Stay on Blankenbaker Pkwy. Go about one mile past the I-64 interchange, and take a right at the stoplight for Plantside Drive. Go half a mile and you will see a 2 story grey building on the left with a blue stripe and the Team Gym sign out front.

From I-64 going West toward Louisville (from Shelbyville, etc.)
Take Exit 17 Blankenbaker Pkwy. South; take a left off the ramp and follow above directions.

From Gene Synder Freeway
Take exit for I-64 West toward Louisville and then take the first exit off I-64 for Blankenbaker South (exit 17). Turn left at the end of the ramp and follow above directions.
